In this role, you'll actively participate in the complete recruitment process and will have the opportunity to oversee certain company projects, gaining substantial hands-on experience, and understanding the daily operations of HR professionals within the offshore wind power industry.

As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your role will encompass the following:

Recruitment
● Support operating the SuccessFactors Recruiting Module, ensuring accurate job requisition updates and smooth recruitment workflow.
● Post and maintain job advertisements on LinkedIn and relevant local job boards.
● Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
● Manage various recruitment platforms and establish a talent pool.
● Maintain and update candidate records
● Handle administrative tasks delegated by superiors.

HRIS
● Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
● Provide first-level HRIS support to users and escalate technical issues as needed.
● Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports for management and compliance needs.

【Requirements】

● Candidates must be available to work at least three times per week.
