Scope Description:

As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your role will encompass the following:

 

Learning & Development

  • Design and lead the implementation of company-wide training and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and core values.
  • Develop annual L&D plans and ensure alignment with both regulatory requirements and future talent capability needs.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver impactful training programs.
  • Oversee the full training cycle, including learning needs assessment, program design, execution, post-training evaluation, and ROI analysis.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to strengthen leadership development, team effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

Talent Acquisition (Senior & Confidential Hiring)

  • Lead senior-level and confidential hiring initiatives in collaboration with executive leadership, ensuring discreet handling of sensitive information throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders in building long-term hiring pipelines for critical and niche roles.
  • Manage external executive search partners and oversee contract, performance, and alignment with internal hiring needs.
  • Drive improvements in employer branding and candidate experience for high-stakes and strategic roles.

 

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that support team cohesion, leadership alignment, and organizational morale.
  • Oversee planning and execution of SRE employee engagement activities, such as special events, festivals, and internal initiatives that reflect company culture.

 

Additional HR Leadership Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic input on HR policy development, process improvement, and digital HR system implementation.
  • Act as a key contributor to cross-functional HR projects that support business transformation and employee development.

 

 

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 13 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and executing training strategies at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling senior-level and confidential recruitment processes, with strong stakeholder management and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Deep understanding of talent development, leadership programs, and organizational culture-building practices.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on capability; able to balance planning with execution in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
