Synera Renewable Energy (SRE) is a pioneer of offshore wind in Taiwan and the only developer in Asia that has complete and practical experience in building an offshore wind farm.

We are now expanding our team and would like to invite talents with passion and aspiration in renewable energy business of Asia-Pacific region to join us. We’re looking for a HR Specialist to support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and HR ad hoc projects. This role is not only focusing on talent acquisition but also to provide great support to enhance employee experience.

 

Scope Description:

As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your role will encompass the following: 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the Head of T&D/TA and hiring managers, including but not limited to job description confirmation, job postings, CV screening, phone screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and recruitment data analysis.
  • Coordinate and lead the offer process, including offer drafting, internal alignment on compensation package, and direct communication with candidates regarding offer terms, start dates, and pre-onboarding steps.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, including vendor selection, performance tracking, and contract coordination.
  • Designed and maintained recruitment timelines, monitored progress against headcount targets, and provided regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensured all recruitment processes adhered to compliance standards, internal policies, and relevant labour regulations.
  • Manage the SuccessFactors Recruiting Module, ensuring accurate job requisition updates and smooth recruitment workflow.
  • Process Recruitment-related invoices such as recruiting agency fees and other personnel-related expenses in a timely and accurate manner.

 

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience , including hands-on experience in recruiting non-local (expat or foreign) candidates.
  • Experience in the wind energy sector or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry is a plus.
  • Advanced in English written and verbal communication skills 
  • Familiar with Taiwan Labor Law and government requirements 
  • Strong organizational work style, flexible adaptability, hands-on experiences in managing complex and dynamic progress/project/program.
