  • Monitor supplier progress and delivery milestones, identify risks and drive corrective actions with suppliers and Package Managers.
  • Oversee equipment quality, inspections and factory and site acceptance testing, ensuring non-conformities and outstanding actions are resolved.
  • Coordinate supplier technical support during installation, integrated testing, commissioning and energisation.
  • Verify equipment readiness for energisation and acceptance, and ensure complete documentation and handover to operations.
  • Support handover to O&M and warranty management and resolution of equipment defects.

  • Substantial relevant experience in HV/MV equipment engineering, manufacturing oversight, delivery, installation or commissioning for substations or comparable power infrastructure, preferably from Offshore Wind Projects.
  • Proven experience coordinating electrical equipment suppliers and integrating equipment into complex substation projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of power transformers, HV/MV switchgear, shunt reactors, harmonic filters and reactive compensation equipment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of equipment interfaces with cables, earthing, protection and control, SCADA, auxiliary systems and civil works.
  • Experience preparing technical specifications, evaluating supplier proposals and reviewing equipment designs and technical documentation.
