High Voltage Substation Site Manager

Scope Description: 

As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your role will encompass the following:

• Based at construction site and ensure the High Voltage Substation and land cable scope planning and execution according to the contract and HSE procedures, meaning in quality, time and budget and regarding local constrains (country, site, installation strategy, security, etc.)
• Prepare regular report to the package manager and report the issue and concerns which might affect the project milestone
• Manage stakeholders related to Package
• Manage Risk and Opportunities for Package
• Monitor the fulfillment of targeted KPIs for the project and develop appropriate action plans if corrections are needed
• Ensure the availability in time and in budget of the Technical Documentation, Tools and Materials for project execution phase
• Responsible for preparation and facilitation of the final Handover of Package deliverables
• Ensure the correct application and capture of Learnings

Qualifications: 

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction sites or projects for high-voltage substations in Taiwan.
• Experience in managing the construction and commissioning of electrical infrastructure (experience in offshore wind is an advantage).Experience with working in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with Taiwan's regulatory environment and industrial practices related to high-voltage substation construction.Knowledge in people and project management methods and techniques, commercial management.
• Documented management experience.
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office/SharePoint/WORKPOINT
• Good communication skill is essential, both verbally and written in Chinese, (Engllish is an advantage)
