IT Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer

Scope Description: 

【Primary Functions and Responsibilities】 

• Technical Support: Provide assistance to end-users experiencing issues with hardware, software, or network systems. This can include troubleshooting and resolving problems, either remotely or on-site. 

• Incident Management: Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests. Prioritize and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution. 

• System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, backups, and system checks, to ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure. 

• User Training and Education: Assist with training new employees on IT systems, software, and protocols. Create and update user manuals and documentation. 

• Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware components like computers, printers, and network equipment. Ensure that all devices are functioning correctly and are up-to-date. 

• Account Management: Manage user accounts and permissions, including creating new accounts, resetting passwords, and managing access controls. 

• Security: Monitor for security threats and vulnerabilities. Implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and systems. 

• Vendor Liaison: Work with third-party vendors to resolve issues related to hardware, software, or services provided by external partners.

Qualifications: 

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 

• Above 2 years work experiences in IT Infrastructure Maintenance.  

• Highly enthusiastic about the information field and new things, and willing to learn.  

• Proactive personality and courage to face changing challenges.  

• Be good at put yourself in users' shoes and have good communication and coordination skills.  

• Attentive and stress-resistant, able to maintain a high level of professional performance in a fast-paced environment.  

• Have English communication skills will be better  

• Familiar with Microsoft 365 is preferred.
