Scope Description:
【Primary Functions and Responsibilities】

Technical Support: Provide assistance to end-users experiencing issues with hardware, software, or network systems. This can include troubleshooting and resolving problems, either remotely or on-site.

Incident Management: Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests. Prioritize and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, backups, and system checks, to ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure.

User Training and Education: Assist with training new employees on IT systems, software, and protocols. Create and update user manuals and documentation.

Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware components like computers, printers, and network equipment. Ensure that all devices are functioning correctly and are up-to-date.

Account Management: Manage user accounts and permissions, including creating new accounts, resetting passwords, and managing access controls.

Security: Monitor for security threats and vulnerabilities. Implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and systems.

Vendor Liaison: Work with third-party vendors to resolve issues related to hardware, software, or services provided by external partners.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Above 2 years work experiences in IT Infrastructure Maintenance.

Highly enthusiastic about the information field and new things, and willing to learn.

Proactive personality and courage to face changing challenges.

Be good at put yourself in users' shoes and have good communication and coordination skills.

Attentive and stress-resistant, able to maintain a high level of professional performance in a fast-paced environment.

Have English communication skills will be better

Familiar with Microsoft 365 is preferred.
