Working closely with technical, operations, procurement and finance teams, you will support contractor mobilisation, manage obligations, warranties and variations, and help resolve service performance issues while protecting the managed projects’ commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned contracts throughout their lifecycle, including administration, negotiations, amendments, extensions, notices and contractual correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain the contract and commercial register, obligations tracking and warranty and claims procedures.
  • Work with technical specialists to assess commercial impacts, resolve service performance issues and progress warranties, claims and variations.
  • Lead assigned procurement processes from invitation to tender through award and implementation, within approved budgets and governance requirements.
  • Support operational mobilisation, review negotiated commitments, monitor contractor readiness and prepare the takeover of project agreements and obligations at commercial operation.
  • Track contractual requirements associated with permits, leases and power purchase agreements, ensuring contractor and employer obligations are addressed.
  • Manage contractor interfaces and stakeholder relationships, including relevant local authorities, landowners and service providers.
  • Provide commercial reporting, maintain risk and opportunity records, support revenue and OPEX budgeting, and coordinate accurate contractual billing with finance.

About You

  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, contracting or contract management.
  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent qualification, in business administration, finance or engineering.
  • Knowledge of international procurement, relevant law, supply chain management and claims management.
  • Strong analytical judgement, negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear commercial implications.
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, alongside professional handling of confidential information.
  • A proactive, organised and solution-oriented approach, supported by effective IT and presentation skills.

Why Join?
