ONS Civil Senior Engineer

Scope Description:
As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your role will encompass the following:

• Perform the Civil engineering project management for Onshore Substation, Switchyard, Underground Pipeline and TJB construction projects including planning, design, schedule, interface, risk, manufacture, installation, testing and all relevant construction permits application process.
• Reviewing the government regulation and applicable practice for civil engineering and construction process.
• Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
• Develop ITT technical documents and support in ITT process to clarify the Civil technical deviations and questions and provide Civil technical perspective assessment.
• Developing cost-efficient solutions within the civil design engineer for onshore substation, cable route, including manhole construction, HDD, pipe jacking methodology.
• Review geotechnical interpretation report and assess geotechnical technology, such as soil profile, strength, classification.
• Present the project experience sharing for company knowledge sharing section.
• Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
• Registration/Licensure as a professional engineer is plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or BIM.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Professional civil senior engineer with solid experience in conceptualizing strategic management for infrastructure construction project worth 100million NTD in Taiwan.
