Project Resource Coordinator

Summary:

Synera Renewable Energy (“SRE”) is a leading renewable energy developer in Taiwan, with a pipeline of offshore wind projects across Taiwan and other parts of Asia such as Japan and Korea.  SRE is a portfolio company of a fund managed by Stonepeak, a US-based infrastructure fund with regional headquarter in Hong Kong. 

Scope Description:

As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your role will encompass the following:

• Support the preparation/execution of project resource plan.
•  Laison with HR and technical team to management the resource
•  To forecast the resource demands of all departments for the project's successful delivery
•  Resource performance evaluation and data analysis of the efficiency of resource usage.
•  Support the development of resource management system.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Required skills and qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in project coordination
• Experience in coordinating teams and clients
• Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
